Made this recipe today and boy oh boy was it ever delicious...and yes, I have been cooking gizzards incorrectly my whole life (72 yrs old)!!...ps, next time I'll make some white or brown rice (to use every bit of the juices...thank you!

Just did this now and it came out great. Super spicy tho haha. I replaced the thyme with rosemary, that’s what I had.. and I added a little curry powder. I’m in love with is meal. Thank you for sharing!❤
