Tons!! 1) breathe! Breathe in nose hold and breathe out slowly multiple times as you exhale imagine letting it all go blowing away out of you 2) Exercise -have even home equipment if possible you can do anytime or something to move energy out of you 3) Talk it out with someone and get it out 4) be on your own side and talk yourself down or talk yourself up whichever you need in the moment 5) listen to fav music or show 6) get outside for some air And enjoy sun sky nature 7) do something creative you can lose yourself in 8) do something that’s more uplifting positive and your mind will just follow that and get involved in that instead 9) just sit and relax and tell yourself you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do but sit and breathe and be you for awhile and it’s enough And whatever else comes to your mind and heart!! ❤️ Anything along the way that you find works best for you! ❤️
