1,2,3,7, ,8 & bonus 1) find your purpose 2) start now) 3) try out diff things 5) fill your own cup 7) coax your brain 8) believe its possible (my fav for today! because of the mindset shift. I always believe that exercising or doing things that are positive in your life shouldnt require discipline and 'pushing through'. They just require a mindset shift. Are u in tune with why you're doing it? u should be eager and excited to do it. ) Mindset is so important in life. Greatly affects your experience of life. And im so fortunate to have Evan and his team share with us all this knowledge! Reading is great but now its not the only vital source of information thanks to the thousands of vids u guys have about improving your life. I can literally watch this anytime! its a great way to start the day and i feel myself becoming like these great people because im always around them! thank you evan and team

When I began to watch the “Owen Cook” video, my thought was, as always, to try and uncover at least one NUGGET from the content. Instead, I had an epiphany. All of the puzzle pieces were put into their proper order in terms of the BIG PICTURE. Allow me to share. “A human being, is a part of the whole, called by us Universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling, as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion, is kind of a prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires, and to affection for a few persons, nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison, by widening our circle of compassion, to embrace all living creatures, and the whole of nature in its beauty.” Albert Einstein The odds of being born are 1 in 400,000,000,000. That’s trillion! The Universal Mind clearly has a plan for someone so special. It is said that the two most important days in a person’s life are the day that they were born and the day that they discovered WHY. “We are all CONNECTED and we are all ONE” is another Einstein quote. “Though free to think and act, we are held together, like the stars in the firmament, with ties inseparable. These ties cannot be seen, but we can feel them. Every living being is an engine geared to the wheelwork of the universe. Though seemingly affected only by its immediate surrounding, the sphere of external influence extends to infinite distance.” Nikola Tesla Arguably, the two greatest minds of all time are saying the same thing. Perhaps we should listen. It would make sense that the Universal Mind has a plan for each of us. Isn’t it our sacred duty to identify our individual purpose and make our contribution to the WHOLE? FIND YOUR PURPOSE. It is imperative that we start right away. Our only limitation is TIME. Did you concern yourself because you fell down over and over again as child learning to walk? The Universal Mind made man’s natural state to try the things that he can imagine. You, as a child, could imagine yourself walking because you saw others walking. Failure was your teacher! It is the Universal Mind’s GPS system to instruct us to change direction to reach our destination. A person that never made a mistake never tried anything new. Mistakes are a sign of growth and progress. By making mistakes, you will in fact, learn valuable life lessons and you will become a happy learner. There is so much that we can all learn from our mistakes and the moment we see them as lessons, rather than mistakes, we will no longer have this crazy fear of encountering them along our journey. START NOW and TRY OUT DIFFERENT THINGS. The remaining seven “rules” are all tied in together. Tap into higher self-motivation; Fill your own cup; Fight for something; Coax your brain; Believe it’s possible; Look at yourself; Don’t overthink things. The Universal Mind is a part of all of us. It is that “voice” that tells you things and gives you “GUT FEELINGS.” To activate this most precious partner and tap into the higher self-motivation, we must have a deep belief in our quest, our mission, our purpose, our fight for something. We must coax our brain through the use of the subconscious mind. (There is not room here to detail the “HOW TO” but there is a blueprint.) This is how we fill our own cup, i.e. learning to maximize our creative brainpower by “partnering” with the Universal mind. We must look at ourselves and realize that there is so much more if only we can master the tools that the Universal Mind has bestowed upon us and is anxious for us to use. “The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift. The intellect has little to do on the road to discovery. There comes a leap in consciousness, call it intuition or what you will, and the solution comes to you and you don’t know how or why. I never made one of my discoveries through the process of rational thinking. Intuition is a sacred gift. It may not be a surprise that most of our decisions are made subconsciously with our intuitive mind. Our rational mind is often taken as our only mind and should only be there to serve our intuition. This is the reason why many of the greatest discoveries were made in people’s dreams or while they are relaxed in the shower. When you free your rational mind and stop thinking, you let the subconscious intuitive mind take control. And this is when great discoveries emerge.” Albert Einstein When a coincidence arises don’t ignore it. Ask yourself, “What is the message here? What is the significance of this?” You don’t need to go digging for the answers. Ask the questions and the answers will emerge. They may arrive as a sudden insight, a spontaneous creative experience, or they may be something very different. Perhaps you will meet a person that is somehow related to the coincidence that occurred. An encounter, a relationship, a chance meeting, a situation, a circumstance will immediately give you a clue to its meaning. DON’T OVERTHINK THINGS.

My question is how can I find my purpose?
@jphollowbr7 жыл бұрын
Pick sometthing that you're interested in. Ask yourself "why", what is your main focus, your goal. Try do that for 1,2 weeks. Then, try different things, diferent areas. Put things in the work, take a lot of action. Once you hit something that you really feel that make your heart beats faster, makes you feel excited and happy you're probbably found your "why" and that is probabbly your purpose.
@jessicanetzer33537 жыл бұрын
jphollowbr- Ok, well, I already know of someone things that I'm interested in. I love to help other people. It all started in high school, I volunteered for several things in and outside of the school, thanks to My Life Skiills teacher Ms. Solomon. She was the Life Skills coordinator of the school. She had the opportunity to take me and my classmates outside of the school with permission from the principal and the parents of her students. We volunteered for things like a program called "Meal on Wheels, delivering daily and weekend meals for elderly people who are not able to move around so easily. Another volunteer job that I had was working with children in a Community Child Care Center. I loved this one the most. I loved interacting with the kids and they enjoyed my company too. After a few months of volunteering there, I received a letter of recommendation from the teachers. But I have some obstacles that are in my way. It's a long story.
