I do prep ahead, freezer meals and what did you call it, "planned overs"? I love it! I do that A LOT! Tonight we had steak sandwiches, tomorrow we will have beef and noodles. ;) Use the leftover steak cut into cubes with the cook onions/peppers with beef gravy. Simple! I cook for 2 so there are so many times, I use 1/2 a can or box. It all gets made and eaten!

We love meatballs, and tossing them in a sauce is a great idea, but we can't eat anything like hot sauce; what would you recommend tossing the meatballs in instead? I enjoy watching your videos. I agree with your statement that you should make recipes to fit your family and their tastes
