That's a solid routine will be doing it Wednesday. One thing I do for my side delt's is a giant set of side lateral. Go for 100 reps. I usually use 10's. I'll do as many as I can. Then take about a5 second break at most. Then keep pumping them out with 5 sec. Breaks til you get a 100. Try it out sometime. Can't wait to try this shoulder workout. I'm getting that rounded look too. Hard work and consistency is paying off!

Anthony Rodriguez worst case scenario try nucleus overload. but watch your recovery so you dont get hurt. it worked for my biceps pretty well. did it for 5 weeks and in those 5 weeks went only somewhat lighter and completely controlled for my back exercises because my biceps were working overtime.

That's awesome Dr. Jones and it is a very effective exercise. It really targets the posterior deltoid and gives a little work for the trapezius as well. The best exercises for your anterior deltoid is barbell, dumbbell and cable front raises. Lots of controlled reps will do the trick. The Plate Raise is very effective too.

Yeah I have a few different abs workouts coming out this week Oliver. Technically, you don't have to change the workouts up every week. If you find one that you like and It gives you a great pump and leaves you sore... Just stick with that one for a few weeks. But I like to change it up to give everyone options because everyone is different and has different goals.

Hey Aniko… We all are somewhat not perfectly symmetrical so that is completely normal... Even my shoulders and arms are different. But what I have been doing to fix that is training them more with dumbbells instead of barbells and it is slowly fixing it. Also, if one side is smaller, throw in a few extra working sets with that side to let it get more work to grow and catch up Aniko.

What's going on Moose. If I were you, I would start this 12 week diet that we are doing. Even if you just do it for a few weeks you will drop some pounds and then can customize your own plan. The diet will be a great starting point or you can just do the whole 12 weeks like a lot of us did.

Yeah, instead of doing the Seated Cable Rope Face Pull, you can do the reverse pec deck machine. They both are great isolation exercises for the posterior deltoids.

Shoulder workouts are strict.. Hey brotha.. Anything to add to gain for strength for a basketball physique... Hard to add gains with tons of cardio

David if you are playing basketball then you are already doing a lot of running and cardio. So just stick with weight training 4-5 days a week and keep your reps between 6-10 reps. This way you can put on some strength, size and mass. Get them gains David.

If you have to do alot of cardio make sure you are getting plenty of calories and carbs or no matter how much you work you wont grow man.

wheneverI do lateral and front raises my traps take over and I don't feel it much in my shoulders as much as my traps, what should I do different? p.s. I have so good trap gains but lack shoulders.

Eric, next time try to squeeze your scapula (shoulder blades) together and then perform the movement. This will keep more of the emphasis on the deltoids and eliminate the traps getting involved too much

You know, it is totally up to you. I have both sizes at my home gym and use them both. I like the 1 inch thick bar when I'm doing bench presses. But other than that, I normally just use the 2 inch bar. Either way you go, you are still going to make some great gains.
