This most definitely gave me confirmation that I am on the right track. I just let go of a 9 year relationship knowing what I was sacrificing that it might be a chance that I might not get the love of my life back. But I had to sacrifice that relationship for his mental health because I could see where he was headed not knowing that I was neglecting my own mental health trying to help him take on his burdens and help him fix his life and neglecting my needs and wants.
