I believe that not following Congrssional Law is considered Contempt of Congress which is a felony and punishable by 5 years in prison. The Speaker of the House can institute Contempt charges against any witness before them. The curious thing is why are they not doing that?

If a witness in a court of law does what she is doing they would be held in contempt and tossed in jail until they answered and slapped with a fine. Committee hearings should be treated equally. This is ridiculous. THIS is why the US is a laughingstock!

Accountability, Responsibility! First she needs to be made accountable for not following the law. Fined! Or remove any government financial backing! Come on people do your jobs! Any proposition that does not follow the law doesn't need her explanation of why it's even on the table. Gentleman, Ladies, remove the proposition that is not fulfilling the law and let's move on!

So she was just told repeatedly that she was disobeying the law. Then it appears that absolutely nothing was done about it!! Wtf is going on in our government? Aren't these people held responsible for it???? What more proof do you need than have them admit it under oath???
