Stress! There’s very few of us that don’t have TOO MUCH of it! And when the nervous system becomes overwhelmed, it gets stuck in a state of fight, flight, freeze, or complete shutdown, and instead of recognizing that our health issues are stemming from our nervous system that isn’t regulated, we reach for supplements, try to change our diet, or exercise our way out of our body’s intelligence.
Every single one of you here reading this needs to know that most of your chronic health issues are a result of chronic stress. There isn’t a health challenge on this planet that isn’t caused by or made worse by stress. The body cannot heal when it’s stuck in fight or flight or a catabolic state , where the body is literally breaking down faster than it can repair itself.
By learning how to heal my own nervous system, I’ve overcome a long list of chronic health issues: chronic bloating and gut issues, acid reflux, neck pain, headaches and migraines, sciatica, tarsal tunnel, seasonal allergies, insomnia, anxiety, chronic fatigue, and hormone imbalances, etc.
When you heal the nervous system, which controls every other system in the body, the body heals, and the number one reason it doesn’t is that very few of us know HOW to heal our nervous system. I didn’t, and I spent the last decade and a half learning how. Once I healed myself, I became insanely passionate about sharing this knowledge with others because, like you, I wasted over a decade seeing every practitioner and guru, trying to treat the symptoms of dysregulation by focusing on lowering inflammation, trying to heal my gut, balance my hormones, etc. None of which will happen until the nervous system comes back into balance because no matter how healthy you eat, how many supplements you take, or fancy protocols you do, the body cannot heal until the nervous system becomes regulated.
I’m dedicating the next six months in my Inner Circle to teaching you exactly how to heal your nervous system. We’re going to learn exactly how to heal your nervous system. We’re going to learn how to heal from unresolved trauma from leading trauma experts, we’re going to learn how to rebalance our physiology and breathe properly as proper breathing patterns are one of the most common sources of chronic stress, we’re going to learn how to process our emotions because repressed emotions are one of the biggest offenders to the nervous system as they contribute to chronic health issues, we’re going to learn how to practice mindfulness and meditation, practices that will literally change your entire life forever, we’re going to learn how to rewire the subconscious brain as the subconscious brain is responsible for 95% of who we are and what we do. These are the things that finally allowed me to heal, and I can’t wait to share them with you!
