These are awesome! I can think of so many projects to use this technique on. Also, although I don't think it was your intent, you made using that router look insanely easy and i have always had a bit of a fear of them. I too have been a little intimidated with the router because I usually use the big 2 hp one (i think), but this little single hand held one is pretty awesome.
