Thanks for this tip! I have small lips and have so many issues with products bleeding outward. I think pressing after each product with the makeup towel is a great idea. Please continue to make more of these videos!!!💚

I'm 67 and about 3 decades ago, I read a tip from Paloma Picasso ( jewelry designer and fashion icon ), Pablo's daughter, known for her bright red lips. Her tip..line lips, fill in lips with liner and lipstick, lightly wet with water or mist, lightly powder, just line lips with pencil again and fill in with lipstick. Option, lip gloss. Best advice i ever got. No bleeding and stays put all day. No need for lip stains.

I'd love to see the 90's look with a twist! My main problem are wrinkles under the bottom lip, but using a lip pencil seems to help with that.

Yup I WISH MORE mature ladies would do what you are doing with the lip liner...that's what I do if I wear a liner which sometimes I really am too lazy to do LOL but that's the ticket right there so that you don't end up with that older downturned mouth. Great tips, Melissa! I apply lip liner, then use a damp BeautyBlender dipped in a very little bit of loose powder…dab it over the lip liner. This sets it very well. You look fantastic! 🥰

Love your lessons! And I'm loving Hard Candy's Insta Pout lip liner in First Move (thank you Emily Noel!) under Elf's Hydrating Core Lip Shine in Delightful (my own twist) for 1990 with a mauvy, cool look. Also, I'm usually not a high-end makeup buyer, but MAC's Prep & Prime lip primer is a must! And Almay's Age Essentials Clear lip balm with SPF 30 over top of any lip look will keep me out of the doctor's office - I've had BCCs removed from my upper lip, not fun! Thanks Melissa!
