Newcastle and the Board should be congratulated for a brilliant year. 2 years ago it was Doomsday but now its 'strawberry fields forever'. All over the web is Wrexham this and Wrexham that but no where as much as to Newcastle and the brilliant job being done by Amanda and the new owners. They deserve credit for this brilliant year.

@@TynesideLife There is some criticism of Amanda about some of her past investments and efforts to invest in Premier League Clubs. For those who think this way go have a talk with the Fans of Manchester 'Divided' and see how much effort the Glazers are putting into it. Ten Hag is urging the 'owners' to invest IF they want to stay in the Top 4. I'm very pessemistic based on the past 'efforts' of the owners. I'll bet the Fans would love to have the effort Amanda and the board is putting into New Castle be put into Manchester Divided. I'll bet they would 'settle' for that. Great Video Tyneside LIfe!

I have family in LA and used to travel there once a year. I saw Beckham play at LA Galaxy wearing my Toon shirt. I’d love to go back and see Newcastle but unfortunately due to their ridiculous jab mandates (i won’t ever take it) so who know when I’ll be allowed back if at all. Wishing all the Toon fans who will be there an amazing time! America will fall in love with the Geordie faithful. To say I'm speechless about everything to do with the club would be an understatement, it's incredible! I also think its really nice Amanda's showing how she is like so to speak, a thoroughly nice person and the rest! Sadly on a downside the park Amanda and her brothers father started up (including the prior fruit picking business) Lightwater Valley, Robert Staveley had built the at the time of its completion the biggest rollercoaster in the world in '91. Has been pulled down, started doing that in January and is supposed to have been completely demolished by the end of this month (least by today if not before). Not sure if they had anything to do with it at any point, but the pubs called The Staveley Arms in North Stainley, the land the parks in had been in their family for think was least 300 years.

@@TynesideLife Yeah really sad, was 10 when that was completed (after months of delays when Big Country Motioneering think later went bust, when Robert got Brit Rail at the time to help finish it off, he even strapped himself in and was the first to ride it before the safety belts were installed. Like a piece of my childhood gone lol, but from a financial perspective can fully understand why, its been out of action for least three years and even before the people going there wasn't terribly that great and with the pandemic ontop yeah... just wouldn't be viable to keep it.

Hi Stuart. Why are you thinking of boycotting the CS? I’m okay with the 8pm KO. I realise it’s tradition for an earlier kick off but it’ll maximise TV revenue, create a bigger audience and hopefully it’ll be a great summers night for it. Plus there’ll be loads of pre match drinking! 😃
