This guy and his crew are amazing, but I hate to see him throw away damaged or cut off pieces of cake. Especially since I can't eat cake due to allergies. Take the damaged chunks or extra pieces and put them in a bowl with some ice cream and give it to the kids in the neighborhood for cake's sake or sell it for a dollar!
