What do I say. 47 pies You are both true legends. I never cease to be amazed how some one can eat in under 1 hour what I would eat in a week. Great video and top entertainment. I can't vouch for truth of this story. I was in a bar, and a man I did not know told it. The discussion came up could someone eat 12 pies. After a time one man was missing. Some time went by and he returned, carrying a large bag. He said I proved it can be done. Ordered a beer and ate 12 pies. Supposedly a total of 24. I half believe it and half take it with a grain of salt.

Watching this back, that was a lot of pies! 🥧 Didn’t know you went there a lot as a kid, but that makes this challenge extra special. Glad the crowd and the staff were hyped and cheering you on 😁. Well, it’s not every day you see a man sucking the juice out of 47 pies like some kind of pastry vampire, but I always enjoy learning new food challenge strategies 😅. You could have used some mash to absorb the juices, but I think the pies alone were enough! Great job and congratulations on finishing so many!! 🎉

Well done Max! 26 pies is just amazing! That reminded me of a theme Geoff Esper follows whereby he will eat "30 in 30" i.e. 30 of the same food item in 30 minutes. It is such a shame that traditional Pie, Mash & Eel shops are no longer using Eel water for their liquor. I know the whole world is now PC mad but they should not stop using Eel water which is so flavoursome.
