Wow I just watched a video about candlestick math last night and they showed the exact scenario that you displayed the first half of this video. They discussed how many times they see junior traders end up moving their stop down and taking a break even once it consolidates because they second guess their original calculated market move and risk/loss. It was real cool to see you display that scenario and ended up sticking it out and profiting when it finally did make the move down. Great job!

You were speaking to me (and probably 99% of traders) when you said that sometimes the market will pull back on you and reconsolidate again before heading right back up in the direction you thought it would. Most people like me get angry after losing that money and probably stop trading for the day. It takes some real confidence and nerves of steel to put the same trade on again, hoping for a better outcome.

$0.02, should show the ATM setup process. Also, explicitly state # of contracts since it's directly related to your PnL. Last, how-to add/trim # of contracts is fundamental to scalping.

@@RileyColeman No worries! The idea is to have the mic close to your mouth but talk past it, not directly into it. If you speak directly into the mic that close you'll get a lot of plosives. It should've come with a larger foam guard to counter the plosives but it's not as aesthetically pleasing to look at. All the best.

i see the point in everything you said it, and it does make sense and it does work but there's a lot of things that can go wrong at the same time, in long term its not going to work 70% of the times yall are going to lose your money, the only way to no lose all the time is risk reward being 1/2 or 1/3

They don't. That's why I switched from options to futures myself. The complexity of options got so annoying. Futures are almost like shares. You buy it goes up you make money. The only thing is they do expire eventually but when you are trading them in short times like day trading you never run into that being a problem.
