I've been watching your clips for a while, Lewis. Today I clicked the subscribe button. The richest people in the world are not the ones with the most money and stuff. A value driven life is wealth, and whatever you do and have should serve THAT. I'm an African, I see every day how people can shine with joy while owning very little. My mother had an unbelievable ability to fill our home with great reading material, God knows how she did it in our rural remoteness. The books of her favourite author, Alexander Solzhenitsyn, were around our house long before he became a Noble laureate. She had a quote from his book Cancer Ward displayed in our kitchen, I can remember it to this day: "It is not our level of prosperity that makes for happiness, but the kinship from heart to heart, and the way we look at the world. Both attitudes are within our power, so that a man is happy as long as he chooses to be happy, and no one can stop him."

As a bible teacher, i try to share the value of people and seeing themselves through the eyes of Christ. You are right, your wife is right. Our value is not about the things we have or what we have accumulated. I am a crypto investor. The parable of the talents taught me to invest. The purpose is for the His kingdom as much as i can. The Lord will provide this. I am charged with being a good steward to God and my family. Having nice things is nice but what are they being used for. Just found you, Lewis, and just recently started investing in crypto, XRP. I have no clue what I am doing but am hopeful to make enough to pay off my mortgage on my little house, about $80k USD. Otherwise, I will be paying for my house until I’m 83…putting a tightness on my retirement income. Getting rich is fine for some but I think often about how people think they will be happy when they get all of those things like fame and wealth and how many also realize that it doesn’t make them happy when they get it. What makes a person happy is to be able to be content. To have enough, to have love, and to appreciate what you have….a little extra for fun is great, but life is a journey, not a destination(except for the death destination!). My husband and I divorced, a child of mine has passed. It is me and my daughter now. Having things but no one to share them with, having life and no one to love….things money can’t buy can leave you feeling lost and like life not worth living. I now have someone to share life with and just want enough to live out the rest of my life in a reasonable amount of comfort.

The key is risk analysis. The markets are and has always been unpredictable. Thus the important point is not how much one might make but what one could lose. trading and holding on speculative stocks/Crypto and even great stocks can test ones ability in the arena of our ability to control ones loss aversion bias…buy high sell low…The market is overvalued by almost all measures like the CAPE and Buffett indicator. Speculation is high with things like meme stocks (are they dead yet?), our kitty dude, Ai dreaming and all.... It is all about how much one can lose during times like these. Does that mean don't invest, of course not but one must access the risk and have a way out if the tide goes out.....I've been engaged in active trading and managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.6B'tc to a decent 24B'tc....I'm especially grateful to Rafa Manuel, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

My focus and goal is to impact the world for Christ and relieve burdens of those God brings across my path. Only He can bring it to pass. Currently it's impossible.
