Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Instead of trying to predict and prognosticate the stability of the market and precisely when the change is going to happen, a better strategy is simply having a portfolio that’s well prepared for any eventually, that’s how some folks' been averaging 150K every 7week these past 4months according to Bloomberg.

Like Warren Buffet said, dividends are only good if the business you’re investing into can’t make good use of that capital. So if you’re trying to invest into businesses with actual growth, looking at dividends is a waste of time. Why are you investing into a company if they’re returning capital to you because they think you can make better use if it than they can. It’s not much different from bond investing. The way I see it if you have a $1 million at some point, that’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between 50k-70k in dividend income...

I was selling this lady in San Francisco hard wood flooring for her two bedroom apartment, she had just bought it, and it cost over 2 million. She was about late 30s, I was asking her routine questions, and one of them is how much does she make a month, she said about 10 million, I have heard of people making up to 20 million a year, but she said "per month" I didn't believe her. She pulled her tax returns and she was indeed making that much, she said she made about 10 million two years prior, so I was about to ask her for some money lol. She ended up giving me her business to floor an entire office building, I was jumping up and down from the commissions, then I quit that job, and moved away from California. She introduced me to Dave Ramsey.

Enid Grimes a lot of rich people are very frugal or strategic with their money. Wealthy people who love cars and want to drive a new car every year or swap cars in and out of rotation often should lease their car to avoid spending a ton and then it depreciates as soon as they pull off. Saves so much of their money that way. Not every loaded person wants to throw away money just because they have it.

By the way, the word budget literally scares the daylights out of most people I know. I think it's the reality of it. When you put the numbers on paper, in most cases, it brings you crashing down to earth. I have always spent less than I make. If I take in 700, I spend like it's 400. I budget that way as well. In all honesty, I think he bought a digital marketing course, and got a bit lucky when it comes to scaling it. Most charge $1500-$2000 a month for their work, so if he has 200 clients then his earnings are accurate. However, Dave was right. E.W. Hans it's not really a scam when the business buys it. You want to reduce your taxable income a lot. When you own the car it becomes an asset which even if you're financing you can't claim for, if you're leasing it's a liability that you can deduct from your business income. Matt Moreman went through this on his obsessed garage channel in the finance course tips.

If you dont like cars and earn that much just go buy a year old one for 20% off and run it till it costs too much to run. If you really really like your cars buy cars that will go up in price. V10, V12 engines. Manual versions with a limited edition model will usually go up. Of course! Depends on what investments you have access to and more money = more options. If you can get an investment with a return rate higher than the car finance interest rate, you'd be better off taking the finance, which allows you to invest the lump sum that you would have bought the car with and therefore cover the interest on the car loan with a bit profit left over. Credit isn't inherently bad but it totally depends on how much it costs to borrow and WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO WITH IT.

But here is truth about Dave he loves success as much as her can't quit being that parent that will remind you to do the right thing. What he is saying is really at some level of income or wealth it just too much to worry about cars and houses because you already afford those things easier than most people.

Having a very good investment plan that ensures steady incomes without any doubts you can prepare for a well organised future, even in retirement. I made over $16,000 investing in the Forex market. Milford Tom is the expert who assists me. We met at a trading conference and he accepted to trade for me.

Funny how the majority of the comments are assuming he's lying. There's no point in even guessing, but thought it was interesting how people will automatically want to believe something is false because of spite and jealousy. He's achieved all this at 24, give him a round of applause. Like Dame Ramsey said, if it's true than more power to him, he deserves it. Anyone can do this if they take the right path in life.

I’m 58, Stumbled here on this approach, the words of this great motivator, Tony Robbin🗣 *If you don’t do something about your income status, your earnings will be stable while expenditures raises;* and this got me seeking ways of growing my 250K good enough to retire and won’t want the recent inflation get effect on my resources. Hoping for your ideas...

I think this caller could be telling the truth. Mostly because he is correct about his Rolls Royce, they don’t hold their value...Take a look at used Maseratis and Aston Martins for example. Owning one is a big loss, leasing one is a smaller loss. Someone who understands the exotic vehicle market knows this and thats why I am not quick to assume he is BSing.

I don't make $320k a month, but I still know that Rolls Royce's, or any car that expensive, does not hold its value. That's pretty common knowledge...

So, it's just out of kindness and financial irresponsibility that the leasing company is willing to assume all the losses for him? Get real. The leasing company is making a killing off this clown and anyone else dumb enough to believe they're "reducing" their losses by leasing a car.

Luxury cars often have extreme depreciation. If you’re making 3m+ and want to constantly have a new luxury car, leasing is not really that bad.

Its weird but it could be true. A kid with a good business idea doesnt mean he’s a genius business man. It super fishy but it’s basically the same as a pro athlete being handed millions and not knowing how to handle his fortune.

That’s where having some guidance makes all the difference. Managing a portfolio isn’t just about picking stocks. It’s about balancing your investments, knowing when to shift your assets, and minimizing risk. I’ve heard people make some serious gains just by following a solid strategy and having someone who knows what they’re doing.
