Lisa Warren This lady is part of the problem with the family court here in Arizona. She is part of the corrupt system that our government calls the family court. My son's mother moved out of state without permission from the court or mine. It took me 7 months to find her and when I found her and got her back to court, they said she was in contempt 3 different ways and they just let her walk out the courtroom free and refused to enforce the law!! She kidnapped my son and nothing happen. She had a conversation with the judge before our hearing and my son's mother had the balls to bribe me and said, if you sign over full custody to me you won't have to pay child support or cover him under your insurance and so forth. but she f***** up and said the judge told her that so when I brought that to their attention what happened, nothing nothing at all the judges have you immunity so they can do whatever the hell they want. this lady on this video she is part of the problem the courts have no business dealing in family affairs they're in the business of making money plain and simple making money and they make money off of us that make that pay child support. and if you guys don't know child support is illegal that has nothing to do about being a parent okay I'm not saying that we shouldn't pay it but they need to understand to be a good parent is to be there for your child and I was there for my child every day every freakin day some days I would get a call at 2 a.m. in the morning because my son's moms doped up on Vicodin and has to go to the hospital so I gotta go get my son and either take him to school with me and then take off work or just take off work and school which I did this chick did this 12 times in 6 months and I lost two jobs from it because I wanted to be there for my son and show them I would be there for my son and what happened nothing I filed for nothing she kept them from me for 6 months that was before she even moved and then I brought that to their attention with the petition and what happened nothing they didn't to talk about it. when she married a convicted felon that was charged with attempted murder for shooting a guy two times in the chest over some cocaine they didn't even address it I filed the motion for that purpose and they completely ignored it. so f*** this system and this lady right here I'm sorry I respect women but f*** you your video should be taken off KZbin for lies. I wouldn't even waste your time hiring a lawyer okay just take these people if you have a problem with family court don't deal with this is a civil matter ticket to a criminal level then they understand that you mean business and then you're not going to stand for them breaking your bond between mother and son and father and son

I always followed the Courts Rules but my ex-spouse still doesn't and our Judge can't stand it. Ever since I saw the documentary "Divorce Corp" I will say I gathered my evidence you do have to dress to impress. Show the judge and opposing counsel that you are smart and professional. They will see..." this person takes the Law Seriously "🤝 🤝 I won my case representing myself and I am now studying to become a paralegal 🤗

a judge in TX took over a yr to sign her own judgements, this benefitted the other side. Every time the petitioner asked her to enforce court orders or to hold respondents in contempt, she refused.

Rules that abrogate the United States Constitution must be broken, but lawyers make a lot money from their victims, I mean clients by following unconstitutional rules that not only violate Bill of Rights, but are time consuming and very costly. Do not hire lawyers and never ever stray from the United States Constitution and Judges are really clerks and have no power because they are public servants and the people are their masters. How do you bring up the fact that the other party did not follow the rules stated in the minute entry? for example if the opposing party does not file a pretrial statement and then they try to present evidence or a witness?

Love your vids, had trial today and thought it would get new court date but no bam i had nothing did trial on whats in my brain of course making quick notes for examination while opposing counsel had nice exhibit folder ehh i am not a lawyer but judge understood my inadequate ways and not prepared since i know nothing of procedures in court. My question is can i get new trial since i was not prepared and what makes me mad is that monthes ago i made response with drug tests which negative of any substance but judge said did not have my old responses and or did not look at and no data of 2 years of drugs tests,,,and judge likes cocodile tears from mother in perjury under oath on and on just need new trial was unprepaired thanks

The entire family court system is rigged from top to bottom. it is not about the children with these criminals, it is about the all mighty dollar. Parents have pre-existing rights to their own offspring, but these kangaroo courts believe they can just sever the bulk of one of the parents rights while allowing the other parent to keep their rights, These temporary orders hearings violate Due Process of law, no evidence is presented that one parent is unfit, no trial is ever allowed. One of the parents is just automatically named non-custodial parent. the biggest culprit with family court is the federal funding that the states get from Title IV-D. this incentive money is what drives these kangaroo courts to separate one of the parents from their children, the less time the father has with his children, the more money that is laundered through the Title IV-D agency. foster care is another money laundering scam under Title IV-E. Google former State Senator Nancy Schaefer's report on the kidnapping of children by case workers that was all about federal funding for these state employees. Professor Steven Baskerville has many good videos that explain this government created problem called family court, Former Court Enforcement Officer Carol Rhodes also has some videos regarding the corruption she witnessed in her 20 years in child support and family court, she stated her director told her and the staff that it was all about getting as many Title IV-D cases on the books because this is how they increase the federal funding. Family Court is simply organized crime. I don't even know what my son looks like but I am held at gun point by a lawless child support agency to pay on this ransom demand.

my husband divorced me without me knowing and said he has my signature i was on all kinds of depression med and he put me in mental health hospitals at the time he claims he divorced me how because i don't know nothing im still on thoses med no lawyer help me there was no legal separation papers nothing its nine years later when i find out this all happen i know he has broken the law because he did something wrong because i wasn't able to sign any papers of any kind i was being put on depression med and xanax and pain medication and no lawyer around tryed to commit sucide several times how was this legal crying my eye out because he took advantage of a sick wife

That's alot of rules to look up, remember, and not slip up. I'd feel better if I just setup my own court, set my rules for my rules because it would be my court. I can't worry about the other party when it comes to any support. That WILL no doubt effect me negatively for years to come. And family court is not the court outlined in the constitution as the only court allowed to hear matters of the people. Why then would anyone want to give them the power to bend you over? Yes sir I do believe that I'll be setting up a common law court and go that route.

first i want to say thank you for not only not knowing what the words in the english language mean but not knowing the difference of administrative courts and real courts. family court is - the people in that court room act as a family the (ACTING)-as-judge plays the role of the daddy and administers punishments, for not following the guidelines (rules) of daddy's court. I DO NOT ENTER FALSIFIED OR FRAUDULENT JURISDICTIONS THAT CANNOT BE PROVEN. suffer - having the ability to stop something and doing nothing about it..... like getting beat up... you dont fight back you suffer. 4) rules do not apply to man or woman, only agents...... whether it be microsoft or dallas county court inc. 5. THEIR COURT THEIR RULES.... i man stand alone with dominion.... so i a man does what a man should..... i file a notice of trespass, i file a claim, and file my orders.
