I grew up in Sterling Heights from the late 60's to the late 80's. I remember when 14 mile and 15 mile were 2 lane blacktop and Van Dyke was a 5 lane lane road.

SH is just massive. There’s so much to explore. Personally love the parks & how everything’s so close together.

My perspective of travel comes from multiple exposure of California traffic and Sterling Heights traffic is that the traffic in Sterling Heights. The traffic in Sterling Heights and Metro Detroit is approaching that in LA. As for Utica Community Schools, it has a very good marketing department. Years ago, when I had children in the district, I fired Utica Schools.

Dodge Park is the best part of living here in Sterling Heights! If it wasn't for this, it would be just like any other overcrowded city.

Kinda confused when you are talking about athletics: UCS and WCS athletics facilities are at the same level. UCS has already done large renovations to their facilities and to athletics Im pretty sure WCS is in the gutter
