Started taking notes when you talked about what we have to give up, such powerful shit. Detaching completely from whatever you think makes you a victim and taking full responsibility for our triggers. Most people aren’t ready for this. I only started to become aware of this process in May, it’s been a heavy last 2 months but I’m just getting started and your knowledge is very supportive. I’ve had days where I fall “victim” to my emotional addictions but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come because I haven’t had one bad day! I’ve had “bad” mornings. I’ve had weak mornings, but I’ve always found a way to turn the day around and learn something about myself and move closer in the direction of my desired reality. I used to be depressed all the time for years, I would wallow in my train wreck of thought. That’s over. There’s no way back now. I’ve already boarded a new train towards self awareness and dominion. I guess you could say I’m awakening but not in an abstract new age hippie way, I’m just quite literally coming face to face with reality. No one is a victim in the end. We are given certain circumstances, some say we incarnated on earth with previous knowledge of what we were getting into. However you wanna look at it, we are all voluntarily here. I believe that some may perceive themselves as more spiritual than religious, so the ideas/beliefs/etc may be communicated in a way that'll be received or understood in that community as we expand on what is written in Scripture. I believe that no matter how we address Creator (whether it's Source, Spirit, etc.) we're all trying to connect to Him/Higher Consciousness in a way that is unique to our own Journey. Emotion is not the language of God. Truth, logic, reason etc would be more appropriate. I have learned that our Emotions are the shallowest part of our nature. Because they are entirely subjective, (relative only to the holder) .And they have a tendency to overshadow logic,and they affect our ability to make sound decisions and choices. What this spiritual man is talking about is you have to start meditating, you need to find your base consciousness, you must reach a state of what is called “no mind,” it’s a state of consciousness where you become an observer. Then, and only then will you be able to hijack, better yet master your shitty programs people installed into you. Once you become the observer, only then can you start to control your frequency (your thoughts or channel changer), and your emotions are like the. Broadcaster or amplifier. Reaching a state of no mind allows for you to be conscious of those programs you work off of in everyday life. Getting all emotional when things occur throughout the day because of external shit. You must reach a solid foundation before you can ever start to spin your cocoon. Once you have a good spot, you then must start the process of sacrificing. That means you are willing to sacrifice the present moment in exchange for future manifestation. It’s the most simplest truth and this brotha is just letting us know. The reason why this brotha is here still is because he is a teacher, he got to the point where he understands the mechanics, but rather then leaving people in the dust, he chose to spread the knowledge. This is his sacrifice, he is helping us.

I was legit trying to figure out what I needed to do to trigger shifting into the new me and this video literally answered me! I was having a whole conversation with my best friend TODAY about this and I couldn’t figure it out. Now I know, instead of doing something… I need to do nothing with previous stressors.
