Detaching completely from whatever you think makes you a victim and taking full responsibility for our triggers. Most people aren’t ready for this. I only started to become aware of this process in May, it’s been a heavy last 2 months but I’m just getting started and your knowledge is very supportive. I’ve had days where I fall “victim” to my emotional addictions but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come because I haven’t had one bad day! I’ve had “bad” mornings. I’ve had weak mornings, but I’ve always found a way to turn the day around and learn something about myself and move closer in the direction of my desired reality. I used to be depressed all the time for years, I would wallow in my train wreck of thought. That’s over. There’s no way back now. I’ve already boarded a new train towards self awareness and dominion. I guess you could say I’m awakening but not in an abstract new age hippie way, I’m just quite literally coming face to face with reality. No one is a victim in the end. We are given certain circumstances, some say we incarnated on earth with previous knowledge of what we were getting into. However you wanna look at it, we are all voluntarily here. What this spiritual man is talking about is you have to start meditating, you need to find your base consciousness, you must reach a state of what is called “no mind,” it’s a state of consciousness where you become an observer. Then, and only then will you be able to hijack, better yet master your shitty programs people installed into you. Once you become the observer, only then can you start to control your frequency (your thoughts or channel changer), and your emotions are like the. Broadcaster or amplifier. I believe that some may perceive themselves as more spiritual than religious, so the ideas/beliefs/etc may be communicated in a way that'll be received or understood in that community as we expand on what is written in Scripture. I believe that no matter how we address Creator (whether it's Source, Spirit, etc.) we're all trying to connect to Him/Higher Consciousness in a way that is unique to our own Journey. Emotion is not the language of God. Truth, logic, reason etc would be more appropriate. I have learned that our Emotions are the shallowest part of our nature. Because they are entirely subjective, (relative only to the holder) .And they have a tendency to overshadow logic,and they affect our ability to make sound decisions and choices. They cause us to (react) to problems instead of (responding) to problems .
