Just do DIY Milk ,butter and lemon or vinegar Pour milk in a low heated pot stir it for like 3 minutes add butter stir it for about 5 minutes then add vinegar or lemon to it and stir until its thick Measurements: 2 cups of milk 30g of butter 1 tsp of lemon or vinegar
