I put a set of studded snow / ice tires on my fat tire ebike and take it out into the back country for a test!

I'd order one today if I knew I could get a Ranger fast enough. I need this set up to ride through all the snow coming our way here in Michigan. We had a mild start to winter so far, but that's about to change dramatically. What I don't want to happen is to order one and not see it until the worst of the winter is over.

Hi Joe, check with Cyrusher customer service but you should be able to get a Ranger in just a few days. They ship out of Utah and whenever I order anything from them it gets here in 3 days. Love your videos I bought the same fork for my Velotric Nomad with studded CST Toboggan's based off of you video on it, and I'm having very good luck with it so far.. I as well am in Grand County and have mostly ride the Fraser - Granby trail with the dogs, or have riden some snowmobile trails past the tubing hills.. I'm definitely impressed with the trail breaking on Corona, how many miles can you get on a 10° day?

Hi Brett, thanks for watching! Good to hear you like the fork, I've been running mine for the last 500 miles with no issues at all. I did take mine apart and clean and grease everything inside while I was doing the tire swap. Everything still looked like new on the internals so that's a good thing. If yours ever starts acting a little sticky that is usually the fix. You have some great riding in Grand County, no lack of trails over there! You could come in from the west side of Rollins pass and get to the trestle bridges pretty easily, at least you wouldn't have to do the climb up over "the eye of the needle" tunnel like I have to do. I like the look of the Nomad, what do you think of it?

@@lifebehindbarz60 it's all starting to make sense to me now, you are on the other side of the divide.. I was watching the last video up on Corona and couldn't figure out where you were, that's because I've never been on your side of the pass. I've really enjoyed watching you ride all these local areas, it's given me alot of ideas for places to ride. I bought a couple Nomad's mostly to cruise around with my girlfriend who has a bad knee, but with my constant tinkering it's now much more capable than stock, it is pretty powerful and has taken me places where my better judgment didn't stop me.. For getting out exploring on winter rides it has been really enjoyable and I've been pretty impressed so far, beings I don't believe the bike was made to take it most places I do. There are tons of spectacular trails here in Colorado, I'm originally from the PNW, and can't wait until this summer when I can get my KTM out here and really do some exploring.. Keep up the great videos, and if your ever around these parts maybe we could ride together.. Take care, Brett
