One of the best things you can do with a tight budget is to buy some matte white and matte black paint. Then paint everyting from vases, vessels, urns, book covers, storage boxes, lamp holders, candle holders, sculptural items, christmas ornaments as well as furniture in those colors. Do it with both what you already have in your home, and also look for new from second hand stores. I do it all the time and paint made for wooden furniture, wooden basebords or wooden floors even stuck really good on metallics, pots of porcelain or clay or cardboard for example. There are special paints for different materials but most of the time it's not needed if it's mostly something just standing and not getting touched all the time. Just leave a few baskets, some matte wooden items and some metallics in their natural tones. When it looks like you live in Valentinaś home you are done painting. 😁❤️

Love that most of those items can be delivered internationally, only thing is, they’re not as cheap as in the USA when in AUD, your beautiful olive tree that I’ve always loved is over $800 AUD, so I had to look for cheaper options, I’ve only just started to shop on Amazon Lol 😂 after all these years of watching Amazon videos. *Miullee Pillow Covers* . I've ordered from this company many times, great quality. I ordered the fringe detailed in Brick for Fall, a great linen texture and muted color. I must have a decorative throw on each wing back chair, ordered the "burnt orange", similar to the brick color. Not a snuggle and cuddle throw, great for decorative purposes with the detailing and fringe. The inserts are great quality as well.

Please check where that "moss" is harvested from. If it's from Scandinavia , it is not moss. It's a very slow growing lichen and in Winter, it's usually the only source of Reindeer's food. Let's not help to starve the Reindeer! Most of decor " moss" has added chemicals and are dyed/ painted. Misting the majority of decor moss is just a waste of water and time. Why do you want dead plants for decor? What about using pinecones instead? Pinecones are beautiful for Fall and Winter decor and can be used indoors and outside, too! Pinecones have lots of texture and come in various sizes and shapes-they'd look great in a white or pottery bowl!🎉 You might not even need to use plastic to partially fill the bowl up! Just be sure to check a Country's State/ Provincial rules/ laws- never take Pinecones from a National Park! Please Google- how to rid any potential insects from pinecones...No, " unwelcome surprises" for you!

I prefer pinecones to put in my decorative bowls and they stay there all year round and I’ve had them for years, I don’t like the idea of that moss sitting in soil in a bowl, I think in time it would start to smell kind of off, but I don’t really know because I’ve never had it before, Pinecones for me..Thank you for that information about the Reindeers, I’d hate to deprive them of food just for the sake of decorating my home, What would Santa 🎅🏻 think of Me. ❤❤

I’m often amazed- not today-but some days by negative comments. If they don’t like your style- and ‘style’ being the operative word here, why don’t they find a design channel on KZbin that has country farmhouse or rustic or some other style. I love drama in decorating (not so much in comments LOL) but that is why I find everything you do as stunning. My mother was an interior designer and I teach graphic design so well aware everyone has their own styles. Side note- I love fragranced candles and essential oils but -just for people who may not know- essential oils are toxic to cats. Dogs are fine with it. Google or ask your vet if you have questions. Supposedly Lamp Berger is not toxic to cats???

Me too! ❤🕯❤ I have whole open shelf/bookcase full. It's maybe 70" high x 36" wide so not terribly large (and I've seen people with a lot more), but when it's packed with candles, it definitely looks like I have a problem! 😂 I will say, however, I do give some away for impromptu gifts so I'm not stingy with them or can't part with them...but I do realize it's a bit excessive 🤷‍♀️
