Yeah, I’ve been really struggling with distractions, discipline of the mind, and strong disbelief and shame of the self for so long now. (ridiculously long) Aswell as a million other things it seems, it’s like I finally stick my foot out the door, but just go back inside again&agian.. But I feel I must keep trying (moving forward) and truly focus on myself/ my path. I don’t care how long it has taken. I don’t want to give up before I begin… I must begin again&again, and not stop. Are you following your plan, how are you investing your days. How are you living? Is there something you want to do but you were distracting from doing it? Pay attention to where you want to focus on, every single day. Start thinking about what you can start creating. What is unique about your experience?
