I grew up eating lihing covered dried plums but I’d only eat one every couple days. Lihing can get a bit much if you’re eating more than a few pieces

Li hing mui powder is made of ground plum skin that has previously been pickled in a combination of licorice, red food coloring, salt, sugar, and occasionally aspartame and or saccharine.
