It’s such a great choice to play this song as it highlights all their strengths: Dany vocals and exceptional guitar playing, Ale laying the foundation and nailing that funky bass part, and Pau seemlessly switching from brushes to sticks and back and forth. Absolutely brilliant.

It's a fairly straight forward cover, really, but, yes they have give it their own flavor. Dany knocks the vocal out of park while playing Dave Navarro guitar work from the original. Ale covers Flea's complicated basslines perfectly. And Pau covers Matt Laug's drumwork phenomenally well, including subtle switching between stick and brush, which shows that she has a wider skillset that just hammering the drums on TW songs. This proves what all of us longterm fans have known for years - they can hang with anyone in music and they could be the backing musicians for anyone in the business, any style.

True it is straight forward, and honestly I like that a lot about it. They didn't make it too different from the original and kept it pretty close, aggressive, raw, angry, and passionate. Ale does SUCH a good job with the bassline, I was really impressed!

I think people don’t grasp how difficult that style of bass playing is… every note is staccato, muted with left hand technique… all over the neck, finger style, doing much more on her bass than either of her sisters on their instruments

That's what I kind of felt too a little. Everyone was doing amazing, but the bassline she was playing REALLY jumped out at me above everything else. She was incorporating so many different styles into it and did such a great job!!!

Myself I do not consider Enter Sandman to be a cover, but more of a tribute, as it does not have much to do with the original. To me this is their best cover, just due to the fact that they are now at the top of their game vocally and musically, which was not even close to being the case when they did their older covers before 2017.

@@CrazyAwesome Atlas Rise at the Whisky that they played as the encore after about 2 hours of their originals. Ale was about out of gas but did it very well as the pro she was even back then. Regardless, this is a much better recording and shows off their continued growth. They are already well above most bands but are still getting better. They are in my top bands along with Nightwish and Sabaton.
