I love When We Were Kids, especially since my ult bias of all biases Miss Kim Dahyun wrote the lyrics for it (and the lyrics for Gone to, Chaeyoung did Basics, and Jihyo did Trouble)

You must be the first reactor to actually dislike basics it's pretty surprising to me. That's fine and all of course, it doesn't top my list of ranking for this album but still surprising how much it didn't vibe with you! Gone is my favourite track on this album and I swear it has nothing to do with Dahyun having written it and her being my bias!

Yuzzz! Mina's vocal🥹 Her voice is really one of my favourites in Twice, I can't explain it but it's just beautiful, it's soothing, it's angelic😌🫶 And of course, Queen Dahyun really made a masterpiece with WWWK, when I first heard it, I was going home after long hours from school and it really just calmed me and made me emotional🥹🫶 btw, not the Pop after the WWWK😭

I miss your hour long videos, I used to listen to them like a podcast, are shorter formats better for the algorithm? I really like Gone too, if only the instrumentation weren't so overpowering. Basics kinda grew on me, maybe relisten to it in a month and see if your opinion remains the same.

I like between 1 and 2 but Formula of love and eyes wide open are on another level! Not saying you should react to those two but I'm sure you'll enjoy them. Others creators just listen to it off camera, really doesn't matter. What i like about them is that it portrays twice's full potential

tho I'm late I'll still share my thoughts, Between 1&2 means Between 1 ('Once' is the name of their fandom) & 2 (means Twice) so the album's between Once and Twice. There's also a Live clip performance of them singing the "Queen of Hearts" in a pop-punk fashion. That's what I love about them since the previous full album Formula of Love they really show how they love and appreciate the fans up until now through their songs (as a 7-year-old Korean girl group) edit: Dahyun wrote the lyrics of "Gone" to someone she loses respect, they probably put that quiet/tired voice because they're done and they don't have the energy to the person they're referring to and that's why only the instrumentals are loud that shows the emotions their giving.

mostly the vibe of "view" (the song I put in the video as reference) and shinee in general, but I can recommend some of my fav deep house songs by them : "good evening" is a bop and a half, "SHIFT" is very yummy and "atlantis" is not deep house but it is literally THE best release of 2021 IMO 🥰
