Please keep making more trucking songs about the road. You're a great singer song writer. The last of a dying breed of singer story tellers. 7.99 ain't bad when you see other people's CD's going for 4$ flat. You're doing something right sir. Can't wait to hear the next song.

This is my new favorite go to song to pull me out of a slump I'm temporarily in. The line where you say "you got your taste, me i got mine..not sayin you cant sing, well youre not the next big thing. The, "not saying you cant sing" part got me good, I love it. Those kind of lyrics are so truthful and dead on accurate with me I about lost it hearing for the first time. Once again you are great and thank you for doing what you do!!!

One of the first comments I ever posted on one of your songs was about the first time I ever seen your cd on a rack in a Pilot.... Thats what i gave for ya.... 7.99!! And I've always said Waylon, Willie, Merle, Cash, and the rest of The Outlaws were the top shelf but hell just like that other comment said, some are 4 and 5 dollars and I think thats what I gave for all them top shelf cds i bought... 5 bucks! When I seen that you were from Muscle Shoals Alabama I knew it had to be something good so i pulled that wallet out and dont remember how long u stayed in my cd player the first time but it was atleast 10 or so chicken rounds to Windy... Ya know.. bout five or six days 😎 😜 hahaha!! Can't get enough of your music. Its puts me in any drivin mood I want to be in whether I want to roll the windows down and blare it to everybody in the right lane as i go by or if I want to run 41 from hoptown through evansville and across to grayville and up 130 and 45 all the way to Windy flippin and switchin through all 18 every stop sign and redlight with traffic makin a long train behind me. One of your biggest fans, Happy Hobo AKA Square Cookies p.s. and think about your CD this way, they only have the greatest hits of all the best most of the time in the truck stops. Hell your first big CD made it there man 😉

Long Haul Paul reminds me of James McMurtry. So relatable to the real world. Stephen King would love it and play it on his radio station, WKIT 100.3FM Bangor ME.
