I've been getting a bunch of questions around coaching. Like, What is that? How does it work? And how do I know if it's right for me?
So, in an attempt to answer a few of these questions briefly, here is the video announcement that I shared with family and friends in May of last year.

What is health 'n life coaching?? So glad you asked!
We all have *that thing*. That goal that we want to move toward but for some reason or another, find ourselves stuck. This could be in relation to our bodies, our diet, our love lives, our career. Some of us have unhealthy patterns in relationships, others in 'myships' - relation to self.
Coaching helps you access innate strength, power, and drive. It is about supporting individuals in developing healthier dynamics and facilitating growth and movement in long lasting ways. As a coach, I utilize evidence based systems and tools, empowering you to reach your personal goals.
