I have supported Newcastle since I was around 10, so 30 years, when ashley took over, we had 14 years of absolute carnage, but through it all I supported team, even though I didn't support the ownership, and when we were relegated, I actually enjoyed watching us in the championship, it was an exciting league, but we all want premiership, Brian if you can't support them through the bad times, you don't deserve them in the good times.

As a true fan you’re supposed to go whatever but it is easy for this lot to say, because they are millionaires. Watching a game of football is very expensive now, especially if you’re taking any family, add the that the financial crisis in uk and it is hard to prioritise watching your team lose every week and living a more difficult daily life as a result.
