Thank you! Indeed we are potentially gods and at the same time we have to go through the practice of god-realization. The god-realization practice can be a very painful at the end if we are going to the wrong way (hubris, envy, angry, hate, and so on). At the same time the god-realization can be painful on the way as the process of realization if we are going to the right way (love, mercy, patience, faith, meekness, humbleness and so on).

Shift of perception -being mindful; meditation, reflection and contemplation. Great biofeedbacks ... Yet, when suffering from diseases that brings one to their knees, PTSD , depression creeps in. We need acts of kindness from others ... not in-deference, neglect or avoidance. we all need how to tap into our unique divinity.

Your subconscious is GOD/ONE/UNIVERSAL POWER. This is how and why God and heaven are within you. Even if you are perhaps a devout atheist you no doubt had moments when you knew for sure your "Gut" or your "Heart" stepped in and you had a "Notion" or "Feeling" or "Intuition" about something. You can refer to this as a hunch, but its just another word for the higher power that knows everything letting you know something by a means other than your experience. Like if you have a feeling there is danger right around a street corner and sure enough there is. You knew this by a means other than having observed it with your eyes, ears or having been told. This demystifies it all. It may be useful for some to think of all Spiritual Alchemy and relationship with God as fostering "Intuition". And all the talk and libraries full of books, articles and videos on the Law Of Attraction can be understood as "Enhanced Intuition".
