There are often students whose left shoulder blocks trunk rotation. Such students can rotate their torso well if they swing with their left hand in their pants pocket.

At 10.58 , coach han mentioned "if its low its fast" , is it it because we have less time , hence the swing need to be faster ? If its high , its slower - because we have more time , swing can be slower ?

여러 영상을 봐왔지만 하체로 시작해서 상체 그리고 라켓까지 힘 전달을 어떻게 하면 좋을지 관해서, 굉장히 좋은 설명을 해주는 영상이라 생각합니다. 배드민턴이라는 운동은 시작과 끝이 하체라는 말이 있죠. 스텐딩 자세에서 오른발을 어떻게 힘을 줘야할지 배드민턴 + 농구의 관점에서 바라보니 이해가 더 좋은것 같습니다. 여성분들의 부족한 상체힘을 하체에서부터 가져와야 하며, 서전트 스매시에도 무릎을 어떻게 굽혀야 하는지 까지 성별과 실력을 막론하고 정말 필요한 설명이라 생각합니다. 특히나 농구 선생님이 바라보는 배드민턴의 시선에 대해서 설명해주는게 굉장히 좋네요.

다른 운동을 베이스로 배드민턴의 점프도 잘 이해한 농구선생님이 있어서 설명이 쉬웠던 것 같습니다. 정확하게 계측된바는 모르겠으나 지면반력을 이용해서 스윙하면 힘이 1/3도 안 드는 것 같아요.

종종 왼쪽 어깨가 몸통회전을 막는 사람들이 있습니다. 그럴때 이 연습방법이 유용합니다. 한번 해보시면 압니다. 😀

Coach han, it seems easy to do but hard to implement. We only play games so it is hard to focus on swing and take time to smash like this. Do you have any way to focus more on swing in matches?

The only way is to focus on the shuttlecock. We don't look at the shuttlecock as long as we think.

Coach Han did not open a badminton camp. He recruits members according to the open rules of the open gym. (Monthly membership, first-come, first-served basis.) Additionally, because the badminton court is different for each day of the week, it is not suitable for training for a certain period of time, whether it is a few days or a few weeks. Occasionally viewers from abroad visit. In that case, I train for a day or two at the academy on Sundays or weekdays.
