My husband cheated for 1 whole year before we found out. We found out on our FAMILY VACATION. This happened in May 1st, 2019. We went to New Orleans for our family’s fun vacation, our fourth family trip to Jazz Fest. We found out because my husband was obviously taking pictures, videos and texting to ‘ someone.’ We all noticed this. I have shared a 5 minute video of their texting. His mistress was a MARRIED coworker, Maureen, who was literally following us, knew where we were exactly and was even encouraging him to go back to the TRASHY DIVA lingerie store on Royal Street and buy HER SOME LINGERIE! I believe in Holy Matrimony and family. I’m still working things out with my husband but it hurts me. The trust is gone after a betrayal like this. The feeling of being special to your own spouse is gone. PLEASE TEACH PEOPLE OF THE DISGUSTINGNESS OF ADULTERY!

Today is my 24th wedding anniversary. Our marriage is imperfect, but adultery is NOT an issue for us. Edited - Yes, I know Myron spoke about spiritual adultery, but marital adultery is also adultery. Let me add that reminder here as well. In Myron's words, modern-day vernacular calls marital adultery an 'affair'; maybe I should bring a gift. Adultery is a break of a covenant, not a break in a contract. The marriage experience is the analogy and our actual relationship with Christ. I did not miss the message; I added my own via comment.

Here's the thing, when Jesus said a man looks at a woman with lust, he has already committed adultery. Therefore, your husband is not the exception, no man is. That's the point. God in all his wisdom does NOT remove the lust of our EYES, nor the lust of a woman's EARS. ( Wife's 100% commit audible adultery no less, no different than a husband does visually. However, an equally yoked couple will know all this and would not at all lie to the other that they don't. They laugh about it and have a wonderful marriage despite. "Can two walk together, lest they agree ?"

17:10 No, having gotten under Grace. You don’t check with the letter anymore, “letter kills”, you unapologetically follow God’s urges spreading Grace like you used to spread sin. Because Christ became sin for us, that’s how he rid us of the law. Where there is no sin, there is no need in the law any longer. Sin is that demonic substance we used to spread when we sinned, that would spill into us when we sinned. And you oppose satan with God’s Grace, and you bless those evil people, you must only operate in God’s Crace( that is the essential rule, to bless those who curse you)

The women who was caught in adultery.... Why did the woman have the need to step outside of your relationship with the husband? Does a child seek another father when his own father is not upto scratch? Jesus uses the adulterous woman as an example who is lost in her ways. The act itself is not the sin! Since they all walked away from her, and she was free. The sin was to judge her for not being content. There was no one left to judge her, no sin against her... she was able to continue in her quest to find the man who would provide. In hindsight... to be one with the Father, we must whole heartedly put our faith and trust in Him.... if you detach away from the spirit and cling to the flesh, you are seperated from the spirit within. If she had only longed for the right man, God would provide the perfect match... it was a sin against God, to find your own path 😊

18:20 That is wrong. Unfortunately. You leave the law behind when you’re in Christ. The purpose of the law was never keeping the law. As you said after the Apostle it was “a pedagogue to Christ”. A butterfly doesn’t learn rules of being in the cocoon after if flew out of it. When you left the egg shell you don’t keep repeating the the rules of being in the shell. But one needs to make sure he is being under Grace and not lie to himself. Because if a person act freely and he hadn’t been raised by Christ above the law, - he is a criminal. Or a person who backslid, he also must watch what he is doing, is it out of spirit or out of flesh, because his earthly being is not completely pure. Best case scenario, you receive Baptism of the Holy Spirit and walk in the Newness of Life and never look back.

Marriage itself is a covenant relationship. The Scripture warns about being unequally yoke (bound together with people who’s values around foundational principles are opposed to the foundational principles we value). As far as are all marriages made in Heaven? I’d have to say absolutely not. Marriage itself is the creation of God in Heaven, but marriages, businesses and many other heavenly relationships are made on Earth. And if people who are not married have sexual relationships together, that’s not adultery. That would be fornication.

If two unbelievers (male and female) are or get married they have made a biblical covenant with each other whether they are believers or not. When they have a relationship meant only for their husband or wife they are have indeed commited adultery. They have commited adultery by the breaking of God's Law, the 10 commandments. Which says do not commit adultery the same way it says not to covet, steal, kill, lie etc. They are then guilty of breaking God's Law.

Just curious, why did God come against David’s actions towards Sheba and say, why did you do this evil thing, you have concubines and wives, and if that was not enough, I would’ve given you more, and in the old testament, God goes through a list, do not uncover the nakedness of your neighbors wife, your brothers wife, the women that are next of kin, the Obviously same-sex or animals, but this does rise questions. Seems as if God was OK with it then and God never changes. Just curious.
