How serendipitous that your video should pop up on my feed today of all days-- I've been revisiting long forgotten samples and everything I've re-tested on my skin has struck me as 'clean It Girl on holiday in Italy in July'. It's that time of early evening/late afternoon where everybody, one after the other begins to emerge from their hotel room freshly showered and clean smelling; all sticky suntan lotion, sweat, sand, insect repellent and salt water removed and now just smelling like a melange of shampoo, body lotion, soap and a hint of expensive fragrance. For me, these summery 'It Girl' holiday scents in the air floating around a really well groomed gorgeous woman never smell of strong fragrance having been obnoxiously oversprayed. Those wealthy well-groomed women with all their bare tanned skin and lovely understated clothing almost smell of a mixture of all of the above clean smells-- with something really well blended and expensive mixed into it. I love reading and hearing about what other people imagine THEIR version of an It Girl to smell like because in our mind's eye we're picturing different It Girls. Such a great video, thanks for the upload!

Thank you! I rarely wear white. I did that color analysis hack where you put your picture in Canva and take the color code for your eyes, hair and skin. Then asked ChatGPT which season am I based on those and which colors go well on me. Mustard and terracota, my most disliked colors 😆

Hey Georgia! OK maybe you really are my BFF because I own a full bottle of Hallucinogenic Pearl! Never heard anyone talk about it either!! Yes purple flowers and soft luxurious suede to my nose - comforting and elegant. Ordered a decant of Iris Poudre because of you and have worn it once (and truly enjoyed it! ) Need to spend more time with it. STILL waiting on my sample of Tilia 🤷🏼‍♀️ Since you’re mentioning Ella K…have you tried Reflet Sur L’Okavango? Straightforward yellow floral (Acacia? 🌼) with honey, but you can smell the quality in the blend. Smells like sunshine ☀️Might be full bottle worthy for me! Not this category, but what I imagine Tilia might be like. Also waiting on a decant of Loubirouge too 👍🏻 There is no question in my mind I’ll like it 💜 Beautiful list!

Reflet sur L'Okavango is one of my loves, I have a full bottle, my favorite summer scent. Acacia indeed, it smels like the acacia forest near my home in Romania. Hello beautiful. How are you? I am enjoying this type of perfumes and musk is one of my favorite notes!!!We do have similar taste, i do like most of the perfumes you mentioned. I am a big fan of Veronique Gabai Le point G and Veronique Gabai Sexy Garrigue. I think Le point G is a masterpiece although i have to agree with you in regards to the name. It is over the top these type of names and they should choose something more appropriate. I have a video prepared too in regards to clean aesthetic but i keep postponing to put it on my channel. 🙄
