I’m in sort of the same position you are! Started w stickers and moved to pod. Would like to focus on that more since I’m not crazy about spending so much time printing my stickers. I think though that the stickers are a fun gateway into my pod tshirt shop via local pop up events. We’ll see how it goes! You learn something from every mistake. I no longer do freebies w my t-shirts and mugs to people who say they’ll feature my items. Got burnt on that a few times; it never yielded anything.

Oh wow, it’s amazing how we all are going through something similar. I think doubling down on POD is a good idea because all it takes is one product to really kick off and then learning what else can work
