Nice home, I would definitely take the fourth bedroom as opposed to the open space in the front. Also, I would rather have one sink in the master bathroom with a door going into the closet. The pantry was really nice as well.

This is a very attractive home . Having a nice front porch is a plus . The layout and the size of the bedrooms ....wow ! I would change the front flex area into the dining room and area would be a sitting room for reading a good book on a rainy day . The master bath is spot on .😊

Water heater in the Master closet is a deal breaker for me. Any time you have to have it serviced/replaced they walk through your bedroom and into your closet?! No freakin' way. lol!

I was going to say the same thing. Would love to see this trimmed out and decorated. Where was the laundry? No hey Rayden either. Boy you really did love this one. Just zoned in on seeing it. 😆 Your excitement is contagious, though. I think this will be a top video. I would use the flex space for my office and the office for a huge storage closet for tools linens vacuum fishing stuff.. really digging this one, too. The only thing I didn't love was the tiny guest bath.

I loved the master bath. Beautiful tub! The kitchen was okay but a little small, and I really don't understand the microwave so low on the island. It's not usable that low. I'd also replace most of the lower cabinets with large drawers. I'm at the age where I don't want to spend a lot of time on my knees crawling into cabinets. My biggest complaint and probably a deal breaker for me is the flex space, small office, and weird pantry location. I also didn't like the shelves outside of the pantry. They need to be behind a door.

Hello Nate! Good video. Nice house for the most part. A little too open for me, but not a deal breaker. Besides. I'd change some of it. #1) But there Is Deal Breaker for me in the floorplan, unless I Can change it. The Water Heater access is in the Master Closet! NO WAY! That would have to be moved. I'd move it to that room next to the Utility Room, I think you called it another "flex room". I'd put an Upright Freezer in there beside the cabinet/drawers, but I'd move that Water Heater to this room too, on other side (I was thinking of shelves as a Pantry untill I saw where the water heater was!); it would be next to the hallway Furnace as well in this room. #2) Need a Gas Fireplace in Living Room. #3) Need a smaller Island in Kitchen. Need a Gas Cook Stove with a Pot Filler. Microwave needs to be countertop level. #4) I'm glad there's an Office space already!! The Flex Room next to front door I would have closed off; it would become my Music/Studio Room, soundproofed. I'm going to have to get off here for a while. KZbin app has been giving me trouble far a couple days. I've been trying for 20 minutes just to type the little I have!! Later, I hope!

Going to say I agree with you that the water heater would have to move, I already have one in my closet a skinny wardrobe style and have had many issues with a brand new water heater and finally had to replace it before it wad even 5 years old. You are saying to put the water heater in same room as the pantry with the small cabinet but said something about next to the furnace, actually the furnace is across the hallway, backs up to the laundry room. Many times the furnace and water heater are side by side, like in most garages and some utility closets. I would just remove the center cabinet in the laundry between the washer and dryer and move the upper cabinet over and have the water heater put in the now open available space with a regular door. This leaves the pantry free for a extra fridge or freezer if wanted and put shelves in there. A door needs to go on the open shelves just outside the pantry as this is truly needed as a linen closet.

Agree, counter height microwave. They do make microwaves built for built in base cabinets that open like a slide out drawer and controls on top of the microwave but they are more pricey.

I believe the mirrors in the master bath slide and have cubbies behind them if I am thinking of the same house I saw but in a different place. The layout is the same. Pretty sure it’s the same home.

I think it would be GORGEOUS if they use grayish wood for the entryway trim and the flooring was a grey color. The flooring in this one is far too choppy/busy looking and is distracting. Some people will love it I know. I am not one of them sad to say. But I do LOVE the layout and that kitchen? Chefs kiss!

Nate, the house is all nice and new n roomy. But the colors, the colors are awful , drab, depressing. Tell the person in charge of the colors to go on vacation and let somebody else design beautiful color schemes . These days people like all kinds of decor. 😊.
