I agree with you. That is some hideous looking tile. It does not match the dark blue cabinets either. I know that you probably have a lot of other choices when you go to buy a home. That is the one thing I would have to change in that home.

Love the house. HATE the tile in the shower. Also, the spare bedrooms could be a little bigger. I think the closets at an angle takes away space from those small bedrooms.

Wow, I'm blown away. I have seen that tile recently, but not this home. I like the way they have matched the colour scheme in the bedroom with the tiles in the shower. And it has a wand! It has my ideal oven and hob. Everything is gorgeous.

This is one beautiful home Nate, the living room is the center of this home and the kitchen is beautiful too. I’m not a big fan of those barn doors but in that setting I kind of like them. Shower tile in master is pretty nice, not too loud for me. Could definitely move into this one. Great job Nate.

Nice home with some great features, and I appreciate it not being so open that the kitchen is in the living room! However, the living room was big enough for an entryway with a true foyer with a closet, wish they’d thought to add that. But, what was with all that hype about the master shower? The shower tile was so darn wild that it ruined the looks of the entire nicely laid out master bathroom. Please tell me that the tile is optional 🥴. That’s a hefty price too. Overall it might be worth it if a few changes could be made~ Thanks Nate!!!

I'm seeing multiple negatives on the shower. The only thing I DON'T like is the dark grey esterior. I've seen apartment houses that are dark grey, and they look like grave stones. I'd want an off white, so it looks more welcoming.

Great video! This is a beautiful house! The finishes are top notch. They did a really nice job picking out the colors, cabinets, quartz, etc. The house has a really nice flow to it and the rooms are all generously sized. I am curious to know how Franklin stacks up to Deer Valley. The high ceilings and high roof pitch really make all the difference in these homes. The master closet is awesome! I'm not crazy about the master shower tile, but I appreciate them trying to do something different.

I really love it so much! I think I would like to maybe squeeze the living space for a connected one car garage. That’s important to me. Would also tweak and few colors here and there if possible. It is expensive for a modular home, but I understand. I cannot afford it. I like the shower tile, but maybe a little different color.

Just beautiful Nate!! I was listening to this person that said when you buy a mobile home or manufactured home its value is like when you buy a car how fast they depreciate is that true?? Myself we bought an old one which I figured it’s value to be low but what about the new ones? They are building them like a stick built home. They said the last 10 yrs you pay that the loan is more than the house is worth. Is this true? But anyway this home is beautiful and I love that showers

Kitchen doesn’t have enough cabinets and the pantry is lacking to make up the difference. Living room is wonderful. Bedrooms start to make up for the rest. The Master is Nice but after a while that shower tile would get to my anxiety.

Nice except the lack of kitchen cabinets. Those tiny upper cabinets are a joke. The blue color on the cabinets and that hideous bathroom tile would definitely have to be changed.

Those barn doors closing off the bedrooms and bathroom, has to go. Barn doors do not go inside the house as far as I'm concerned. They take up room on the walls you can use for family pictures or to set something against the wall - like I need a place for Grandma's China Cabinet. I wouldn't put it there, as there's another, better place for it. But I would if need be...as long as those barn doors weren't in the way! I do love the fireplace in the living room. But the living room is too big! There's a lot of wasted space in there - unless you are into doing a lot of entrainment! Which we are not. The living is perfect for big crowds for entertainment. The Master Bathroom won't do for me at all. I'd need a Handicapped Tub. That shower looks guady to me, I don't like it at all. But the Commode area is where I'm most concerned about. That little area allowed for the Commode is nearly laughable. Except it makes me cry! Do these planners and builders really that the average person is really that small? If you have any weight to you at all, you will hit one wall or other when you sit down on that Commode! Probably both walls. Anyone with a little claustrophobia would not be able to close the door to that room. Only thing I liked in that bathroom was the long sink! The place was a little expensive too. I thought the prices were going down again? Good video Nate. You do a pretty good job after you got going!! There's a learning period for everything, and you learned good!!
