Damn! I’m 20 percent through the adjuster pro pre-exam study……..jumped ahead and took final test just to see and got 63 percent. The marine and aviation questions got me. It is mind numbing! Congrats on your tenacity!

I made sure to get my NY license before going to NACA. It did help me stand out when talking to all the companies, and has helped as far as getting some additional training from those carriers. Im up to 14 so far, NH was the first one i got after my home state. The last one i picked up was NM right after they did away with the bond requirement.

Hey Matt! Does this apply also for desk adjusters? I assume where they heavily need field adjusters, they also would need desk adjusters to follow. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Yes. The Texas license is reciprocal with 29 other states, therefore you only need to apply for a license in those states, no additional testing required. For New York, you are required to take an additional test, unless the test is waived so they get enough licensed adjusters to handle the claim volume. If you get desk work, there carrier will let you know which licenses you need to obtain.
