You guys need to make a children's book series. All with animals of course. 1 about sharing, 1 about being loud, 1 about farming, 1 about why mom and dads have rules, 1 on combing your hair, to many to list.(all with the animals perspective). I know not enough hours in the day but wow would that be amazing. Love ya'll! Thanks for continuing to make my day that much better!

We have a Lady Banks and I wish I could show a pic of it. It has "umbrellaed" over a pvc frame (which is box shaped and about 6' tall) and has spread out Beautifully giving shade to hostas, bleeding hearts, and other shade loving plants!! It bloomed early spring and that's it, but the pretty green shape is a main attraction in my flower garden!!!🙂👋

Jason, give this recipe to Brooke. It's my grandma's Chocolate Hand Pie recipe and it is amazing. I hope it's like her grandma's. Filling: 2 c sugar 6 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 c (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted dough: 2 c all purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1/2 c shortening 1/2 c milk, plus more if needed vegetable oil in a medium bowl, stir together the sugar and cocoa powder. Add the melted butter and stir until the mixture forms a paste. Set aside while you prepare the dough. In a medium bowl, combine the flour and salt. Cut up the shortening with a long-tined fork. Add the milk and stir until the dough sticks together. Divide into 10 portions. Roll each portion out on a floured surface into a 5-of-6-inch circle. Place 2 tablespoons of filling in each. Wet the edges and fold over, crimping with a fork. In a large skillet, pour the oil to a depth of 1/4-inch and heat over medium heat. Place the chocolate pies in the hot oil and fry until browned on both sides, turning as needed. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate. Sprinkle powdered sugar on chocolate fried pies if you like.

I might be 70 years old but I still love getting in the soil with both hands. My Daddy was a landscaper architect back in the day when you didn't hire a horticulturist to pick the plants and another crew to dig holes and get the plants in the ground. My Daddy had 5 year old me digging and fertilizing. I'm so grateful he passed along all the knowledge to me. I was the happiest kid ever.

Old school, ever blooming, medium to small sized, pink climbing roses bring fond memories to me. Little did i know until I was an adult, what I've seen in different climates and parts of the country are probably different cultivars or whole different types of roses.....Maybe thats why there are sometimes differences in the look and definitely how much scent some have over others.
