FUN FACT:- there is no physical separation between products in a pipeline. Petroleum spirit could be pushed by diesel/gas oil which in turn could be pushed by kerosene (paraffin). When it reaches a storage depot the interface (mingled product) is cut out by monitoring the density then by opening and closing of valves it's diverted into a slops tank. After testing to determine which grade it's closest too it's then injected back into the main storage

Unless the law has changed? Razor wire is illegal to use in the UK? I worked for many years in a high security prison. We had razor wire on the perimeter, this was illegal but the prison would pay a fine (every year I think?) To continue the use of razor wire. I would assume this is the case with oil/gas/industrial sites?

If it's your boundary, your fence and you are the legal owner of both, provided the Razor wire doesn't protrude into their property you are within your rights to erect it, however your duty of care extends to your neighbours as well and the same issues apply in terms of mitigating your liability

I'm not sure the car coming out was Complex rated either. I've seen a lot of DJ's videos and never seen any unsafe flying. He doesn't go to the limit of what's lawful, he often stops well short of the legal line, as he genuinely does proper checks of the flying area before taking off. Much like a sensible driver not doing the speed limit on roads if it wouldn't be safe to.
