If i might suggest, I've been following your videos for years now and used to like it more before. Not the content itself which is still good, but look here this sequel comes two weeks after the first one. I did watch the first one but I don't remember it enough now. This constant goal of x votes for releasing the sequel is turning me off from your channel. I used to watch everything that you made and checked everyday, but now I watch it a lot less than I used to. I wish you good luck. As a little bonus, I've also subscribed years ago, yet I have to listen to your prompt of subscribing at each of your videos. Which is a lot more than most of the people I follow on youtube.

Interestingly, malaria does discriminate: it's less likely for people with at least one allele ("gene") for falciform anaemia, hence why this is much more prevalent around the parts where malaria is endemic ;)

Malaria kinda does discriminate! It has a tough time infecting those with sickle cell trait (if you have one normal allele and 1 sickle cell allele you get sickle cell trait which gives you a mix of sickle and normal red blood cells). It's more prevalent in Africans (affecting about 1 in 10 people) because people with sickle cell trait suffer less severe cases of malaria. Also of note is that sickle cell **disease** actually makes malaria deadlier, but thankfully it only affects about 1% of Africans. It's actually really interesting to me how a genetic disease actually became prevalent because it was beneficial to surviving another disease.

@@jpfortin33 what's overpriced is not necessarily what you need most. You could have a super overpriced good but only a demand of 5 so you would be a maasive pepega to prioritise that over goods you need massive quantities of to have a functioning economy.
