We've fought it in court, they dropped it to 30k... We still don't know how they came up with that number, so he's been driving without a license for about 10 years now (because they forcefully took it). So I grew up having the Police take my dad for AUO every time he was stopped, and we have since learned a trick or two from auditors refusing to identify unless they are suspected of a articulable crime.

Typically, people sue the police under Section 1983 of the Civil Rights Act of 1871. Remember 90% of Cops are narcissist Definition of a Narcissistic personality disorder involves a pattern of self-centered, arrogant thinking and behavior, a lack of empathy and consideration for other people, and an excessive need for admiration. Others often describe people with NPD as cocky, manipulative, selfish, patronizing, and demanding. This way of thinking and behaving surfaces in every area of the narcissist’s life: from work and friendships to family and love relationships.People with narcissistic personality disorder are extremely resistant to changing their behavior, even when it’s causing them problems. Their tendency is to turn the blame on to others. What’s more, they are extremely sensitive and react badly to even the slightest criticisms, disagreements, or perceived slights, which they view as personal attacks. For the people in the narcissist’s life, it’s often easier just to go along with their demands to avoid the coldness and rages. However, by understanding more about narcissistic personality disorder, you can spot the narcissists in your life, protect yourself from their power plays, and establish healthier boundaries.

0:30 Why do cops think that it's fair for them to make a person have to possibly leave their job to go to court for a ticket that THEY KNOW (for certain) has no merit ?

I WISH I could say I was even slightly surprised by this behavior by the Los Angeles Sheriffs. Sadly, this is the norm for these lying scumbags. They do it EVERYONE if they can, and they will lie if they have to in order screw people over. Poor folks get it the worst. They are trying hard to break Jodi Cat, as she is a true threat to them and their method of operation. What a beast she is!! Nothing but total love and respect for Jodi Cat. ♥️🐾♥️🐾

As i said before, in order to be a PD Pig or stay in the job within the first 90 days of being hired as a PD Pig you must have a criminal background or commit your first criminal offense straightaway. Here you have the crime of perjury.

I wish people would stop using the word PIG.. I have a pet pig and she's clean and very smart..

Perjury is the most common corruption of any court. They give you a ticket that will never stick, the DA drops that charge to a lesser charge that will stick every time. Pleading guilty to opening your door unsafely into traffic when you where given a muffler ticket (just for example) is perjury. Backpedal and they will claim you lied and hold you in contempt of court.

@@dmaskell92 what?? that isn't an e ample of perjury and second what does opening your door and given a muffler ticket have to do with anything?

Anyone that has been around a person that lies, you learn quickly by the rythm of their sentence structure as they spew untruth out of their mouth. The sentences are broken, then they change the subject half way through a statement. First of all this cop is not a good lyer.

In my opinion, he as well as 2 levels of management above him should be canned , without fricken pay. Not a paid vacation. Also, just to let you know cops will put wrong cases or warrent numbers on paperwork so that the ticket is void, but puts a person through hell in the mean time. Idk what happened 20 odd years ago, but law enforcement are $h!+ Now.

I have never seen such abuse of power. This Sargent needs to be arrested. I have relatives that are in and retired from law enforcement. I guarantee they probably never seen anything thing like this.
