Trusted TC-Helicon's instructions for the longest time and ran primary GOXLR connection to the gaming pc. Took some time to understand the better way to do it is route through the streaming PC. and make adjustments in Streamlabs. Worth noting that only higher end motherboards have optical audio outputs (unless you have internal/external audio card as an addition). Tweaking audio for dual pc streaming has been the most challenging part to get right. Thanks for the vid!

I’ve struggled for nearly a year with my dual pc setup. I searched the net for so long and finally a video and content creator that hears our cries. This video has literally saved my stream. I can’t thank you enough to be Frank. I have one thing to troubleshoot when I get home, I could not see windows on my game PC recognizing my mic on the Line in. Am I missing a step or setting’s adjustment? Is it something that must be checked in the routing tab? I will investigate more when I have some time this weekend. Thank you again.

Hey mate! Great video as always. Have been looking at getting a cheap second hand one of these but wondered if it still works is it’s powered from usb but main of is off? Hoping to use my laptop through line in so I can keep my IEMs connected to one place and listen to both computers when I am using them. Basically want this to double as a hub for all my audio pc/phone or pc/laptop but don’t want to have the pc on at all times if I don’t have to. Might just want to hear the laptop on a work day for example. Thanks again mate!

I just recently got a goxlr and still having issues where on stream pc obs won’t play audio like music or discord as soon as I open up obs. Also alerts won’t play either.

@@_Doom_20 I use a Stream Deck + to control my audio separately in OBS and to mute each device as needed. You could use a OBS MIDI plugin as well and a cheaper MIDI controller that has encoders (knobs) on it

You can absolutely do it this way! You could even create a scene with JUST audio sources and nest that in each seen as @Lucifer192 recently taught me! I'm just forgetful and like to have them globally added, and then mute them at will through OBS Audio Mixer.

@@ArtisWar thanks for that reply! I don’t like the idea of adjusting both stream and my own sound on a fader. I usually adjust sounds in OBS stream and they stay that way. I like adjusting for my ears depending on the sound separately.

You can, you send your mic back over the GOXLR line out to the line in on the game PC. GOXLR routing should only have sample and mic on it, I’m pretty sure i show that here.

Make sure all the 3.5mms are fully plugged but it might be a bad cable/connector somewhere. Is it ALL sources? or just one?

This is how it's supposed to work for every slider except your gaming PC. That works for you and stream. Mute sources or control stream levels in OBS. Set and forget.
