Thank you for sharing your wealth of knowledge sir. Ive struggled with keeping my shoulder down. Its raining like crazy today, but I did simulate pressure and lifting the bow with both arms. It actually kept my left shoulder down. God Bless you, Sir.

Amazingly helpful, George - thank you. I have been shooting compound for 18 months, have no access to coaching and do OK... but this has given me a lot to think about and work on (because I want to be better). It has helped me get myself more naturally aligned to the target before anchor, so I am not 'finding the target' after anchor any more. My shot cycle is so much quicker, my hinge is firing all by itself and, well, it has helped a whole bunch! FWIW, this came at a great time - new string just gone on bow - so shooting without a peep has helped me focus on feel and natural alignment. Taking away the aiming has done me the world of good.... and the arrows still seem to find the middle.

Mr. George your seminars/talks/articles are awesome sir. I really like the coaching tips you sneak in there that I can use with my son. I have re-watched your 2018 ATA talk many times as an aid. Wish yalls camp was closer would be a pleasure to be just a fly on the wall. Keep up the good work.

You fix my wrist problem at 25min of this video. I tried and tried to make my wrist strait and i didnt make sense to me because the result on the target was worse. But people were telling me: your wirst is bent, bla bla bla. But physicly, i couldnt do it. My anatomy didnt allow me to do it. I have long forearm and i have big arms too. Its kind of cpmplecated. Lol

the wrist has to flex in order to keep the pull pressure straight with the arrow. Go ahead and let it flex to wherever it needs to be. You'll have a more relaxed shot and better hold

So if my pin sits on the X as I’m shooting but as my shots about to break and I’m 75% of the way through my pull, the pin dips down, is that an alignment issue?

My elbow is never high enough. Various shoulder injuries in the past means my elbow won't raise up to shoulder height. I also cannot put my hands behind my back.

I was shooting aces and then I got a new release and I couldn't shoot proper and I found out I lost half an inch of draw length with my new release =/ so I need new mods to gain the half inch or use old release =(
@2ndAveScents3 жыл бұрын
What bow are you shooting? Why did you change release if you were shooting well?
