This is Mass Effect one, where ammo is a block of metal from which a tiny grain is used for a shot and a single block is enough for countless shots. So the fact that Wrex actually managed to run out of ammo says a lot about what was going on at the station.

@@blainethebro8864doubtful he talked about replacing his weapons as if those two were intertwined. That and weapons tech in ME hasn’t changed much look at how rare innovation is in the lore you only had massive improvements in weapons, armor and shielding thanks to Sovereign

Dude went in and had the time of his life, I can totally see him running out of ammo when he and his target were literally tearing the station apart to kill each other

This makes the fact that Wrex seeing Shepard in 2 made him respect Shepard even more. I can only imagine what Wrex thought after the events of 3, assuming Shepard is still alive

Because there's a very good chance that you already found her and she was too weighed down with obligations to volunteer. There are a number of clues that point to Aleena being Aria T'Loak. Check it out, you'll find some interesting videos.

@ReichLife mass effect is a very star wars adjacent space opera that wears its inspuration on its sleeve. Bioware games as a whole love to lean into recuring characters too.

Mass Effect 1 is one of the best games ever made. Wrex is an incredible side kick. I always made sure to get his family's armor so that I could save him on Virmire. This is just one piece of a truly amazing game that is full of lore and depth and an incredible journey.

Not sure if it was ever outright confirmed, but there are some pretty solid hints in ME2 that Aria was the Asari Commando that Wrex was fighting.

I kinda doubt it. Aria wouldn't have given two craps about innocent bystanders. Heck she would have probably chosen a location full of them for a ready supply of meat shields.
