Thanks mate. Good to be back filming. 😊 I thought I’d try and shed a bit of light on how we fish this certain situation. Glad you got something out of it.

We watch all your videos, and have a question. If we catch a tagged fish what do we do? Do they have to be released?
@BrisVegasFishingКүн бұрын
I appreciate it 🙏🏻 if you do catch a tagged fish it does have all the info of what to do on the tag. But basically you just record the tag number itself, date it was caught, location and length of the fish. The suntag phone number is also on there so you can call them and provide all the above details. As for keeping it, it’s up to you if the fish is of legal size you’re well within your right to keep it. That’s not a drama.

Love your videos Joshy. I got a heap of the Steez Softshells due to your success with them. Havent been able to try them out yet. Also what size Bowrider is Mattys? Looks like a great all round tub. Cheers
@BrisVegasFishingКүн бұрын
That means a lot mate. Really appreciate it. 🙏🏻 Sucks you haven’t been able to go use the steez’s yet, they definitely get the bite and catch a few fish 😉 I’ll have to find out what size mattys boat is, it’s either a 4.6m or a 5.1M 🤔

Freedom sport 510. Good multi use boat. Shot across up Moreton Island Sunday. Handles well

@mathewhyde1291 I had a feeling it was the 510 mate. They look like a great all rounder that's for sure. I'm hoping to upgrade soon so I'll keep my eye on these. Cheers mate

It’s sitting stagnant currently, I had to convert our shed into a granny flat which soaked up all my time recently 😂🥲

So I was running a Daiwa TD black 2500 (12lb black magic inferno 8X braid) and a Certate LTD 3000ARK (20lb black magic inferno 8X braid) as for leader I was just using black magic FC in 15lb and 20lb 👌

@@BrisVegasFishingwhat do u think is the heaviest line I could put on my 3k for a some nicer fish
@BrisVegasFishing5 сағат бұрын
@@mattyboy.1 well you can put like 30lb or 40lb braid on them it just reduces the spool capacity. So instead of having 150 metres of capacity you’ll end up with like 100 metres. Obviously not accurate, just an example, but you get what I mean 😅
