Technically it's up to table rules. I remember playing this once with some family friends, and as Codemaster, the words we had left were "Shakespeare", "Shave", and "Shaker". Since just "sha" isn't a word, I resorted to saying "shale", but very slowly, and with emphasis on the first part of the word. They let me repeat it several times, mostly because everyone was laughing and confused, and it ended up working. Anything goes if it's funny enough.

The chlorine smell from pools is 100% from the reaction between the chlorine used to sanitize the pool as well and bodily fluids like oils, sweat and urine. Most of this interaction does come from urine due to the fact that most people want to test the theory that they put chemicals in the pool that turn blue when urine is introduced. Also, if the pool smells heavily of chlorine it has not been properly cleaned in a long time (I wouldn't go in, and if you really wanted to go swimming DO NOT open your eyes under water without goggles). TLDR: while urine won't turn pool water blue it will cause the chlorine smell given off from the pool.

I feel like when Tay was first Spymaster in this video, Chilled was more eager to drive her crazy than getting things right. Which, y'know, fair enough. :P

Phoenix are from Greek mythos, also the Roman's built the Trojan horse out of their ships to take the port city of Troy, and thats definitely for a cuckoo clock named after the bird

Watching Chilled play codenames gives me anxiety. Those wild tangents (Fall of the Soviet Union!) would be the death of me as a clue-giver.

While Lanogaid is probably... Not per the rules, the stratagem behind it is actually perfectly in line with what the game wants since it's decoding a code.
