Do Arena drafts mainly offer Neutral Cards? Has it always been the case or is it a recent change? I haven't played in a while but it seems a little weird to me that a deck consists mostly of Neutrals (it's most noticeable in Arena drafts from recent videos).

I've noticed with druid in arena lately the buckets have been abysmal, I've drafted like 3 druids with 99% of cards 5 mana or lower and all class cards offered were trash
