I’ll be honest. In the last 4 years I have not been nice to myself. I’ve been just bottling up so my pain and hate and I’ve been taking it all on myself. I’ve been poisoning my own self over things I couldnt control, broken friendships is the main one. But even with dealing with the pain I’ve been bettering myself every day, I read books I workout and stay healthy I have big goals and I for some reason I look at myself and just wish I was more.
