Watch some of those drummers Man start with Buddy Rich if you want to check out cool drummers Ginger Baker of course even if it's not your style you'll appreciate the amazing ability of those players and the other players that inspired them and so forth

I know what you are saying, but no one here is calling Joey the greatest player in history. They are saying he fit the style of this band perfectly. Let's not forget, he has been in the business decades. He knows exactly what he is doing and that is more than can be said for legions of practice room players who will never earn a dime. I'm not having a go at you, perish the thought, I am just saying respect where it's due.
