Lol yeah.. I use all my sexual energy just to meditate.. I’ll get myself (during the meditation,with my subconscious) to an arousal state and that makes the connection very electric ⚡️ I had kundalini awakening in less than 3 or 4 times meditating.. lol I felt myself coming off the floors down then the oscillating vibration hit.. boom 🤯 Unfortunately it didn’t last but a few days.. I had no clue what was happening,so I quit.. thinking I was being pulled off the floor by my head was trippy hehe

habit aka biochemistry and neurochemistry. It gets in the way thats why the first step is to know you are not your thoughts and emotions but the observer however nobody can keep all of that awereness at all times and thus identifies with form because of stimulus of the external world and the internall chemistry responds by way it knows best from the known past and the predictable future. Its all about shortening the gap between identification of form and bringing it back to your awareness of the true self and having most of your energy in present moment. And with enough time to evolve your ability to do that the chemistry adapts to its environment and there can be cohesion and brain heart coherence can be maintained for a long period of time. The brain and body both dont like the unknown very much if possible will keep having the same reality if it can predict it accurately based on the past regardless if it likes it. Its not really fear its just the design but ofcource its nothing we cant overcome.

14:18 inside of older light bulbs are little wires. I have a fake candle that I use for decoration. I plugged it in and the light didn't come on. I noticed on one side, the wire had unhooked. After a minute I turned it just right and the wire was back where it supposed to be and the light, lit up. I noticed when I moved my fingers slightly, the wire ..moved slightly. I was like there's no way. So I continued. I started to focus more. The brightness would change. I could lift/pull the wire.. The next couple of nights I did the same. I thought I was maybe imagining it. A little freaked out. I showed one of my children the candle light and explained what to do to make it move. No luck. So I took it and sure enough, freaked my kiddo out but in an amazed, I want to try again way. Long story short, energy manipulation is real. No, you aren't crazy, no it's not your imagination. We are absolutely capable of great things. It's why there's so much deliberate division. Image people together using our gifts to help others? No profit in helping people. Not in the profitable way the ones creating the problems want anyway. People are weapons of directable energy. We can change our world for the greatest good. The greater good means people still have to suffer so others may live.

@@TheEyeBall333 It's not just thinking but you have to think in a specific way. This happens automatically, so when you can find where it happened and back track. Allowing you to use this on things you can choose. So it's about training yourself to think in a specific way, catching contradicting thoughts and (important) the ability to put off the charged thoughts like any other thoughts. Being able to kill all the charge again like it's nothing means you're detached. If being detached starts to feel dumb, just go back to charging it.

I call this part of my journey, ,scientific mysticism. I've always been a voracious reader. At home in books and also Nature. And I was good in sports. Insaitable appetite for knowing.
